These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') set forth the conditions for using 'Luxucom' (hereinafter referred to as 'Service'), provided by 'StechUp Inc.' (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').

1. Provision of Service
1.1 The Company permits users to use the Service on the condition that they agree to and comply with these Terms. However, the Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older, and use by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the content or terms of use of the Service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Service Fees
2.1 The Service is provided free of charge. However, some content and features may become paid in the future.
2.2 The terms and fees for paid services shall be determined separately in the applicable terms of use or guidelines.

3. Account Registration
3.1 Users are required to register an account to use the Service.
3.2 A valid email address is required for registration. The email address will be used as the account identifier (login ID).
3.3 The Company uses this email address for account verification, security notifications, in-app alerts, and important announcements.
3.4 Users must ensure that their registration information, including their email address, remains accurate and up to date.

4. Account Management
4.1 Users must properly manage their account information (such as email address and password) and must not transfer or lend their account to any third party.
4.2 If unauthorized use of an account is discovered, users must promptly report it to the Company.

5. Restriction, Suspension, and Deletion of Accounts
5.1 If a user engages in any of the following actions, the Company may restrict, suspend, or delete their account.
 ・The user violates these Terms.
 ・The user causes a significant impact on the operation of the Service or other users.
5.2 If a user does not log in for a certain period, the Company may delete the account.

6. Deletion of Account
6.1 Users may delete their account at any time from the profile editing page.
6.2 Once an account is deleted, the user will no longer be able to log in or use the Service.
6.3 However, any obligations under applicable laws or these Terms (such as payment obligations) may remain even after account deletion.

7. Public and Non-Public Information
7.1 Some information on the Service is publicly accessible without account registration or login. Specifically, the following information is publicly available.
 ・Users' public profile information (nickname, profile, icon, etc.)
 ・Public room information (room name, description, images, related NFT information, etc.)
7.2 However, certain features, such as creating rooms, user-to-user chats, and live streaming or viewing, require account registration and login.

8. Usage Precautions
8.1 The Service may undergo periodic maintenance.
8.2 During maintenance, the Service may be temporarily unavailable.

9. NFTs to be Registered
9.1 Only NFTs compliant with the ERC-721 standard can be registered with the Service. NFTs based on other standards (e.g., ERC-1155) are not supported.
9.2 Users warrant that they are the rightful holders of the NFTs they register or have the necessary authority to register such NFTs.
9.3 In the event of any dispute between a user and a third party regarding a registered NFT, the user shall resolve such dispute at their own responsibility and expense, and the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever.

10. Prohibited Actions
10.1 Users must not engage in the following actions.
 ・Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
 ・Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
 ・Actions that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
 ・Unauthorized access or improper use of the system
 ・Registering false information
 ・Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

11. Disclaimer
11.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the Company’s headquarters.
